Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team in the installation of helical piles and polyurethane injection systems.
• Ensure the successful completion of projects by effectively managing resources, time, and personnel.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with homeowners, clients, and project stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Coordinate with the Commercial Division Manager and Production Manager to implement any necessary changes or adjustments to project plans.
• Uphold safety standards and enforce compliance with all safety protocols on the job site.
• Provide hands-on support and guidance to crew members, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and make real-time decisions to keep projects on track.
• Cross-train with both helical pile and polyurethane injection crews to provide leadership and support across different project types.

Qualifications:

• Experience in foundation repair, construction, or a related field, with a strong understanding of helical pile installation and polyurethane injection processes is a plus.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges on-site.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, crew members, and management.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain various tools and equipment
• Install foundation piers, supports, and other stabilization materials
• Mix and pour concrete or other materials as required
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean worksite
• Work as part of a team to complete projects on time and within budget

Qualifications:

• Have a resident alien green card and sign an I-9 form.
• Be on time, and be able to adhere to a dress code.
• Willingness to be a team player and have a flexible schedule
• Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• This is manual labor with long hours, must be willing to work until the job is completed

Role Description

This is a full-time sales position. The Salesperson will be responsible for developing relationships with existing and potential clients and promoting Ram Jack Southeast's products and services. The successful candidate will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets and develop creative sales strategies to expand their customer base. We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual with a record of delivering excellent results.

• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools

• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Pay: $52,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
